Heart 2 Melody Records has announced the launch of the H2M Writing Camp 2026, a private residential music creation experience designed for serious artists, songwriters, producers, musicians, engineers, and industry professionals.
Taking place August 16–22, 2026 at a private Maryland location, the H2M Writing Camp will bring together a curated group of 12–15 core participants for seven days of songwriting, production, recording, collaboration, catalog development, and professional content creation.
The camp is application and invitation only.
Unlike beginner workshops or casual networking events, the H2M Writing Camp is designed as a high-performance creative environment focused on commercially competitive music, publishing readiness, sync licensing opportunities, artist releases, and long-term music industry relationships.
The 2026 camp marks Heart 2 Melody Records' first official writing camp as an organization. While this is the inaugural H2M Writing Camp, the camp's leadership, partner host organization, official camp partners, and creative collaborators bring prior experience from music creation environments, artist development, recording sessions, live productions, songwriting spaces, and professional music industry opportunities.
The camp is hosted by Heart 2 Melody Records, with Writers University serving as Partner Host Organization. 1ST LOVE PRODUCTIONS serves as Official Camp Partner, with Brandon "BJR" Randolph supporting as Official Creative Partner. Chubz Mixedit also supports the camp as a Creative Partner.
Participants will be selected across key creative roles, including recording artists, songwriters, producers, musicians, and audio engineers. The camp will also feature live instrumentation, producer sessions, songwriter sessions, creative collaboration, and professional music business documentation including split sheets, metadata, publishing education, and sync-readiness preparation.
Music created during the camp may be reviewed for artist releases, publishing opportunities, sync licensing, television, film, commercial advertising, video game licensing, streaming content, and corporate media opportunities.
Placements, releases, publishing opportunities, and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
Applications are now open.
