Songwriters
- Demonstrated topline writing ability across multiple genres
- Lyrical depth and commercial songwriting awareness
- Experience with co-writing in professional environments
- Ability to write efficiently under time pressure
- Understanding of song structure, hooks, and placement standards

Writing samples (lyrics or audio demos) + co-writing credits or placement history
Producers
- Original production portfolio demonstrating genre range
- Proficiency in primary DAW (Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton, etc.)
- Ability to build tracks quickly and direct live recording sessions
- Understanding of commercial sound standards for streaming and sync
- Experience working with vocalists, songwriters, and live musicians

- Professional-level proficiency on primary instrument

H2M Writing Camp is built around live musicians and real sound. Every session has the option of live drums, guitars, bass, keys, strings, and horns played by professional session musicians. The result is music that sounds like a record — not a demo.
